在 Disneyland、Univeral Studio Hollywood 等其他主題樂園仍因疫情持續關閉時，Knott's Berry Farm 祭出新穎的行銷經營模式，讓遊樂園順利地重啟大門，以 new normal 之姿、試圖維持正常運作。除了確保員工們的肚皮能夠持續被溫飽外，也提供嚴謹的防疫措施，讓南加州的居民們，在面臨 cabin fever 的臨界點時，有個寬敞的戶外空間，且充滿節日喜氣的地方能夠放鬆閒晃、轉換一下積累已久的悶宕心情。
“ Knott’s Berry Farm has tweaked and refined its “new normal” business model into a fine-tuned machine after three previous food, beer, and wine events. Knott’s might not be making money like it did pre-pandemic, but the park is keeping some of its employees working and remaining engaged with its most loyal fans. Those fans know the routine by now and do a good job of social distancing and wearing their masks when they’re not eating or drinking.
Knott’s has decorated the park in Christmas decor with thousands of lights and miles of garland for the event. Knott’s retail shops along with two dozen local artisan craft booths were also open for holiday shopping. ”

Taste of Merry Farm 是諾氏莓果樂園為因應疫情所設計出的另類主題樂園遊樂方式，雖然遊樂設施無法開放，但善加利用了園區內偌大的戶外空間，以美食嘉年華會的概念，搭配上繽紛的造景佈置來吸引遊客光顧，而樂園也得以維持最基本的盈利效益。個人覺得，這真的是個蠻不錯的主意，無法兩全其美，那就盡善盡美吧～
既 Hallowen 的 Taste of Fall-O-Ween 後，Knott's Berry Farm 打鐵趁熱，自11月20日起，專屬於聖誕節的美食嘉年華會已如火如荼進行中～當日票卷須事先線上購買，為了確保社交安全距離能夠具體的執行，樂園有單日遊園人數的限制，還沒規劃好年底假期何處去的朋友，可以參考看看喔～活動一路延續到 2021年1月3日。

Knott's Taste of Merry Farm
每張票價為$40(未含稅)，需在選定的日期當天進園，園區開放時間主要為12pm 至 9pm，期間可以無限次進出往返樂園。每張票(Tasting card)含五張餐卷，遊客可以從園區內所提供的60種經典節慶菜餚中任選五項食物飲料，一邊補足熱量、暖著身子，也一邊欣賞著佳節燈爍的視覺饗宴。
➹ Adult tasting cards (ages 12+) are priced at $40 (plus tax) and will include five food tastings, and Junior tasting cards (ages 3-11), including three food tastings, are $20 (plus tax). Tasting cards are date specific and must be purchased online at knotts.com or through the Knott's Berry Farm mobile app prior to the date of visit. Knott's Taste of Merry Farm hotel packages is also available at Knotts.com. In order to manage proper physical distancing of guests, Knott's Taste of Merry Farm tasting cards will be limited each day and may sell out.
在入口處量完額溫、乾洗手消毒後，手機出示預定票卷給工作人員查核，
在工作人員做完簡單的大頭照攝影並置入至Tasting Card內後，
這張tasting card便正式成為你個人的通行證，
用手機掃描下方的QR code 還能展開園區地圖，非常方便。
通行證上兩面林林總總的60項餐點，包含主餐、輕食、甜點、飲料和酒，
項目多到瞬間出現選擇障礙啊～
（第一次來到 Knott's Berry Farm, 其實佔地還不小！
而且有些雲霄飛車看起來蠻恐怖的，哈哈。）
有了園區地圖後，一場美食尋寶探險之旅就此展開～
我們從入口處的右手邊開始走，
看到餐廳，依照指示牌上面的字母，
對照通行證上的食物清單，便可以看看這家餐廳有什麼想吃的，
想嘗試的話就能維持安全的社交距離、循線排隊，
進入室內點餐，隨後端到戶外找地方坐下來享用。
園區將戶外用餐區規劃的不錯，桌桌相隔著一定的距離，乾洗手液也隨“柱”可見～
用餐結束離座後，清潔人員會立刻上前清理、用酒精擦拭各個接觸面，以確保防疫工作的落實。
而遊客們也很配合園區的規定，只有在吃東西的時候把口罩拿下來，其餘時間都會把口罩戴好，在“視察”過幾個用餐地點後，整體感覺還ok，算是大大減緩了內心本有的心驚膽顫似的擔憂。
吃飽喝足後，
夜晚的聖誕賞燈活動正式拉開序幕啦～

沒想到來看聖誕燈還有餘興節目可以欣賞，當下真的覺得這晚受凍的很值得 ...（哈）

他站在上面跟路過的遊客不斷道聲 "Merry Christmas"
我本來以為是廣播，後來發現有個人在上面跟我揮手，著實嚇了一跳，哈哈！）
Ghost Town的佈置整個超復古、超漂亮的～（馬上猛拍）
這區特別的熱鬧，因為除了裝飾燈、餐廳之外，
還有很多攤販小舖跟禮品店可以逛，
每個攤販都與眾不同，有木雕、皮革、琉璃、手工帽子和手寫掛板等，非常新奇有趣！
另外，園區裡的各個角落也設有各式各樣像台灣夜市那種遊戲攤販，
你可以一次在旁邊的機器用信用卡購買一張儲值卡，就看你要購買多少金額，
然後到每個遊戲攤販的時候，只要刷儲值卡就可以開始玩了；
如果想分次玩，也可以直接在個別的攤販單次購買。
基本上遊戲有分三級，分別是$5、$10、$15，
依照不同的價格，最後所得到的獎品size也會不一樣喔！
從猜謎、棒球、打擊、拉單槓、投球等等，
琳瑯滿目、五花八門的遊戲，讓遊客們玩得不亦樂乎～
連我在一旁看著也不自覺的隨之起舞、開心地幫忙鼓掌呢！
辛苦的工作人員，在每位遊客使用完器材後，
都得先消毒清理一次，才能安心地讓下位客人使用。
最後，南加州的各大主題樂園，除了Knott's Berry Farm 有開放並做聖誕節活動外，
我發現San Diego 的 Legoland 也有類似的活動喔！
“ While Legoland’s theme park remains closed, its resort is ready to celebrate the season. Take a trip to Fun Town and marvel at a 30-foot Christmas tree made out of Legos, and decorated in hundreds of Lego ornaments, which will come to life each evening during a Holiday Light Show synced to music. Snap photos in front of a life-size model of Lego Santa, build Lego reindeer and holiday ornaments, and participate in socially-distanced meet and greets with characters like Santa, the Toy Soldier, and Gingerbread Man. Tickets are required and must be purchased online; general admission is $14.99. Check Legoland’s website for more detailed health and safety guidelines due to COVID-19. ”
